Another Activist Judge:Take Medicare or lose Social Security

This should really upset everybody.

Apparently, Judge Rosemary Collyer has ruled that Americans have a legal obligation to accept subpar government health benefits.

Yeah, how about that.

…[T]he idea of patient choice offends many in government, and in 1993 the Clinton Administration promulgated so-called POMS (Program Operations Manual System) rules that say seniors who withdraw from Medicare Part A (which covers hospital and outpatient services) must forfeit their Social Security benefits.

Come on, Congress. Repeal Obamacare.

That is, unless you are the designated “pool reporter”, Scott Powers, who was confined to a small closet for the bulk of the time during V.P. Biden’s Wednesday visit to the home of developer and philanthropist Alan Ginsburg.

So, this was not a demeaning, ill-conceived, false-imprisonment, unconstitutional and illegal confinement without due process?

As driven/dreamed/preferred by a multi-billionaire, George Soros.

Should we be concerned?

On April 8, a group he’s funded with $50 million is holding a major economic conference and Soros’s goal for such an event is to “establish new international rules” and “reform the currency system.” It’s all according to a plan laid out in a Nov. 4, 2009, Soros op-ed calling for “a grand bargain that rearranges the entire financial order.”

Yeah. I’d say so. Pay attention.

Civil Disobedience Is One Thing

But this is not that – at all.

To actually formulate and plan for economic disaster by convincing people to NOT make their mortgage payments, is beyond being civil. Extremely so. In fact, it is attempted collusion, willful breaking of contractual agreements for the purpose of destroying a financial institution. Illegal at many levels.

At the very least.

So what I want to know is – what will the DOJ do about this now? And the FED?
