The Wayback Machine revs up in time for today’s SCOTUS examination of the individual mandate.
Here’s looking at your illogic Mr. Pres**ent.
(He was against individual mandate before he was for it. Sound familiar?)

Coal Business. People. Faith. Life giving water. Ability to drrive to work. Economy.
Take your pick.
Actually, you don’t have to. The oversized federal government is doing it all – just for you. And to you. Us, that is.
Can we shrink government now? It has proven it will not follow the Law of the Land, our Constitution. So, they are completely lawless. Throw them in jail.

Support for President Obama’s health care reform law has reached an all time low, in part because of Democrats’ diminished faith that the law will improve their lives, a new poll by the Kaiser Family Foundation finds.
Only 34 percent of Americans now support Obamacare, a 16-point drop from an all-time high of 50 percent in July 2010. A small majority of Americans, 51 percent, now say they oppose the law.

That isn’t their job.
The U.S. Constitution does not empower the Federal Government to define our responsibilities to purchase anything.
Period.

How – repressively evil – of this President and Administration, specifically the Department of Health & Human Services under the guise of Katheleen Sebelious.
That’s right, I said it – evil. They know doggone well what the proposed regulation is about to do.
The proposed regulation, designed to implement part of Obamacare, will require all private health plans in the United States to cover sterilizations and all FDA-approved contraceptives–including those that cause abortions—without charging any fees or co-pay. …..
A “religious exemption” in the regulation is so narrowly drawn that it does not include any lay Catholics, or any Catholic hospitals, charitable organizations, or colleges or universities.
How dare they.
While the First Amendment is specifically intended that the federal government will not establish a nationally recognized religion (check history, because that is the original purpose), this administration is about to impose rules that violate ethics and morality of a specific religion at the very least. By design.
That. Is. Evil.
Notice I am not mincing words here.

Valerie Jarrett said, “The Point of Government Is to Give People a Livelihood so They Can Provide for Their Families.”
And she is a senior advisor to the President? Puh-lease.
Don’t believe this? Video at the link. She said it 9/21/11.

Don Surber nails it in his post – Gazette misses the story.
But the bigger story was this “he received a notice saying he had exceeded his allowable charges.”
So the recipient had to dig up the data to learn the government was getting billed by caregivers that never visited him. Maybe it is too much to expect the government to find such details themselves, but here Don Surber notes the additional fallacy of the presumption on the part of the news paper itself.
That ” … the Gazette noted that this would not happen if we had universal health insurance.” And who would be the source of the universal health insurance?
Obamacare is attempting to be such. It is the government.
In other words, not only would nothing change, it would get even worse.

Which one first?
Got asthma? Prepare to have to use new “greener” inhalers. Namely because the EPA is going to ban the use of over the counter inhalers that will enlarge the ozone holes at the planet’s poles. Which means you are back to prescription-only, more expensive, inhalers.
And then, there’s this:
In a proposed rule from Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the federal government is demanding insurance companies submit detailed health care information about their patients.
I don’t know, sounds strangely familiar to something like, registering all of our bodies, as if we were firearms.
I do not trust these people. At all. How about you?
