That is Veep Biden’s message to Unions.
If they vote Republican.
Know what? It could mean that they would be voting – against fiscal irresponsibility.
Ya think? Just like the rest of us. Come on, folks, you won’t be disappointed.

Marylanders,
According to Delegate Mike Smigiel, CASA de MD likely already has the petition list.
And not only that, there are paid college students ($12/hour) that are instructed to shadow signing locations and will be handing out flyers in an attempt to intimidate potential signers.
Be sure to read Delegate Smigiel’s blog link for all of his details, including what that flier looks like.
Last point, regardless of how this may distress you, prepare yourself for possible intimidation by phone from anyone in relation to this referendum attempt.
While it is against the law in this state to electronically record a telephone conversation without the other party’s permission, I recommend that you keep a pen and pad of paper by the phone just in case. If you get such a call, write down the date & time of the call along with as much detail you can remember of what has been said. In effect, a diary. This may become very, very important.
This has happened before, in Wisconsin, not too long ago.
UPDATE: As of 11 hours ago, Delegate Neil Parrott indicated on Facebook that the SBE (State Board of Elections) had changed their mind – “that they would make the copies of the petitions and not release petitions to Casa. They released names and addresses of all petition signers accepted and rejected on Thursday to Casa and have sent us a copy of that information as well.” It would appear, from this reading that the only change made was who and where the copies would be made. According to others, CASA, Del. SMigiel, Del. Parrott received electronic copies of the accepted and rejected lists through the US mail. The list of rejected was made available online as a PDF file – but that list, as I recall, had no addresses. So my question is, does the list of accepted contain the addresses? Phone numbers?
I would really like to know more about the details of that specific list. Anybody have an aanswer to that?
UPDATEx2: Wow! 132,000 petitions delivered to State Board of Elections. Historic. Fantastic job of the people and for the people. Congratulations to those who worked to the bone for this.
One last thing to say, “We won’t get out of the way. We are here to stay. The Rule of Law must be obeyed.”

Or, as I see it – what a load. According to Elisabeth Rosenthal of the NYT, she would have us be lumped in as energy hogs. the likes of which come to mind is Al Gore.
Really Liz? Is this all you have? Shouldn’t you ask Hollywood, Blockbuster, Netflix and everyone else what they think if we all got rid of our high tech toys that feeds them our discretionary funds?
You really want to send those companies down the tubes? I’d love to hear their reaction to your sanctimonious article.
Green, huh? But not the green of money.
Tell me, Liz. How much energy does your house waste while you are at work?
Do you have digital thermostat that scales back consumption while you are not there? I do. Do you turn lights off in rooms you aren’t in? I do. Do you run your dishwasher and/or laundry in the evening? I do.
Odds are, my monthly utility bill is far less than yours.
Now, with all those figures you put forth about how many KWhours are consumed by just ONE electrical appliance in the home across the country, why don’t you do the same for just lighting? Or, just air conditioning? Or, just dishwashers? Or, just clothes washers/dryers? You know, something with motors? I’d bet you will pale when you see those numbers.

Ask Media Matters about that after they went public on the far left org’s mission to destroy FOX News.
Last night on The O’Reilly Factor, this was discussed thouroughly.
GatewayPundit has it here.
Yes, it sounds like Media Matters is dumb as a box of rocks.

It seems that Texas can’t catch a break from EPA decisions about their energy productions, jobs, air quality, natural gas, etc., etc., etc.
One would think someone is out to “get” Texas for some reason. Nah. Can’t be. Who would take their wrath out on an entire state? Anybody?
Seems Texas can’t get the support it needs – ever since, ever since, um, that … interview. Hhhmm?
Wow. Wasn’t there a problem getting federal disaster help to control wild fires not too long ago?
Gee. I hope I’m wrong. Just. Too many coincidences, you know?

Illegal. Makes no fiscal sense. Except for, you know, a term called payola maybe?
So who, exactly, benefits from this? As if we didn’t suspect.
The Treasury acted contrary to law when it ruled that post-bankruptcy General Motors could utilize $45 billion in pre-bankruptcy net operating losses to reduce any corporate income taxes it may owe.

Marylanders, didn’t our electric rates go up 72% not too long ago?
Now, how about another 40 to 60% by 2014 when EPA regulations make coal fired energy plants a lot more expensive to operate?
Has anyone screamed “Uncle” yet?

From a recent study by McKinsey & Company. According to that study, it appears that Obamacare may cost 60 million employees their health benefit coverage. Don Surber focuses on that.
Since then, there is now considerable angst within the McKinsey & Company itself. And disagreements within and without.
There’s only one way to solve this poblem.
Defund and eliminate this unconstitutional piece of bad, bad, absolutely terrible legislation.
