Truth Absolutely

Nolan Finley, of the Detroit News, explains it very well.

By running away from their jobs, their responsibilities, those AWOL Dems from the Wisconsin legislature insist on controlling policy.

The lawmakers in exile call this a defense of democracy. In truth, it’s a step toward anarchy. If it catches on as a practice, it will officially end government by, of and for the people.

This Is BS

The old grey lady just cannot stop calling Arizona “angry”.

HHhhm, well – if I were the Governor and the federal government wasn’t doing its job to protect the border from incursions that are killing my residents – I’d be angry also. And, tell me, in trying to make changes that may minimize, reduce, eliminate future problems – how is this wrong when you have to solve problems??

Twits.

No Defense

Of Marriage as originally defined between one man and one woman.

Just ask the POTUS and the DOJ’s AG, Holder Holdren. They no longer care to uphold the law. So they will ignore it.

You know. Just like Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution. The one where a state, like Arizona, would be protected by the Federal agencies in case of terrorism/danger/incursion/murder of our citizens by – let’s say – criminal elements from and in another country.

Cretins.

“The law must be obeyed by everyone, or it means nothing. Do you understand?”

Follow The Money

Like breadcrumbs, Wisconsin Senators. Looks like they will have to pick up their checks in person on the Senate floor during a session. No more direct deposit? Well, that might keep them there. If, that is, they live paycheck to paycheck.

Somehow, I doubt that.

Yuppies Being Replaced In Egypt

By the Islamist Revolution. As caught and told to us by The Professor.

So why hasn’t anyone else picked up on this? Doesn’t fit their agenda? Or, not looking in the right direction?

This could be serious trouble. For most of the world.

Governmental Error

But not being responsible and taking the blame for it. Can you imagine that?

Here’s the gist of it: The combined forces of the DOJ and DHS intended to shut down ten (10) websites due to charges of child pornography. Trouble was, instead of just ten (10) sites to deal with, 84,000 (less 10) sites were accidentally labelled with a banner notice identifying those sites as trafficking in child porn.

I’d say that’s more thaan a bit much. Excessive, in fact. Sounds like charging innocents with false accusations. Libelous maybe?

To make things worse, yesterday the DOJ and DHS make a joint announcement on how good a job they are doing on project “Operation Protect Our Children”. That’s just marvelous, isn’t it?

So where’s the apology? Where’s the do no harm on this massive, over-reaching, tens of thousands of small businesses affected by some stupid error on their part?

Gee, for something so simple and expansive, one would think a joint effort between DOJ and DHS could actually, you know, patrol and seal our southern border with Mexico what say?

Talk about a massive screw up.

AZ Sheriff Pondering U.S. Senate Run

My two cents, do it, Sheriff Joe.

Just do it.

Toyota Shafted

Remember those stories that a lot of Toyota cars suddenly, for no reason, suffered intense acceleration?

Well, Neil Cavuto summarizes the truth of the matter – it isn’t, and wasn’t, true. At all.

Here’s my question.

Are they going to get the money back from the government (fines)??????

At 100 Still Looking Good.

Happy Birthday, Ronald Reagan.

HotAirPundit has two perfect videos for this day. The first, a campaign ad. Thes second, today’s experiment by President Obama.

Kinda makes you want to turn the calendar back ……

Energy Independence Unleashed

In Israel. Not here in the U.S.

Israel’s Tamar field is said to contain about 8 trillion cubic meters of gas. In December, gas exploration companies led by U.S.-based Noble Energy announced that another deposit in Israeli waters, Leviathan, contained some 16 trillion cubic meters.

I can’t help but notice that it is a U.S. based company involved with this. Too bad we can’t do this here.
I wonder who is preventing us from doing so? Yeah. I wonder.
