MD Special Session? Gas Tax Hike? Again?
According to O’Malley. And Drudge Report picked up the story, too.
Will history repeat? Is this O’Malley’s last hurrah before he leaves the Governorship?
I’m not a betting man, but someone else may be.

Boorish Obama Attacks Trump Repeatedly at Media Dinner While He Is Sitting in the Room
Not funny. Not useful. Not helping. Not working.
Not mature. Not professional.

Intolerant Left Strikes Again
A Commentary By Debra J. Saunders
One: Lawyers aren’t supposed to dump cases — it’s called abandonment — especially because of political pressure.
Two: In this country, everyone — accused murderers, terrorists, you name it — is entitled to representation in court. Unless, it now appears, you don’t agree with the Human Rights Campaign.
So much for the Defense of Marriage Act.
Goons. Thugs.

He also knows how best to answer questions posed to him from Dick Gregory on Meet The Press.
Go, Senator!

Political Equivalent to Carl Sagan
Billions and billions.
Of money spent. To Brazilian oil. To Chinese wind turbines. To ACORN.
You have to stop, Barack. Your actions bely your words.
And we all know it – except you. And, apparently, your EPA cronies don’t care about us either.

UPDATE: Fired Up
One wouldn’t think it was – you know – some form of – payback? Sorta?
Nah. The POTUS, or his Administration, wouldn’t do that now would they?
UPDATE: How many days has it been since April 15th? Well, when you figure that out – that is how long it has taken for Washington to acknowledge Gov. Perry’s need for assistance in fighting these wild fires. More than 1.2 million acres later. Shameful. Or criminal neglect.

I Thought This Is America
You know, Land of the Free and all that?
Since when is it the job of of the NLRB to tell a company where they can build a factory? And create jobs at that location?
Since when is it LEGAL for them to be so involved?
At first, this would mainly hurt right-to-work states, as they would no longer be able to lure new businesses from existing unionized firms. But over the long run, this policy would hurt unions and all Americans. Why would any domestic company choose to build a factory in a forced-union state if it knew that meant it could never expand to a right-to-work state? Why would any international firm invest anywhere in this country if it knew the White House would favor political allies?
And what is on WJS about this. (Unfortunately, one has to have an account to read the whole article.)

LEAKED: Obama Executive Order Intends to Implement Portions of DISCLOSE Act
It really is amazing — they lost in the Supreme Court, they lost in Congress, they lost at the FEC, so now the president is just going to do it by edict.
Read the whole thing. Now.
Executive Orders should be abolished and past orders negated. This is no way to run a (high speed) railroad.
