$10,000 per house, for starters, here in Baltimore.
Where, exactly, I have no idea.
Got money? That’s the question.
My next question: What’s the property taxes on the property?????
The “rich” are fewer in numbers. And this isn’t good, for any of us.
This means there is less taxable income streaming into the federal government.
So what’s this about paying one’s fair share if you’re “rich”?
Read the article, Where Have All The Millionaires Gone?”
The economic health is dependent on the quantity of earners. And since this is changing, along with rising unemployment, there is obviously fewer in the workforce earning anything. Couple that with businesses failing and those incapable of hiring … well that’s a recipe for disaster that we haven’t seen in a long time. And the government has no idea how to fix it because they interfered in the private sector with regulations, policies, tax increases and new legislation destined to increase our costs (unconstitutionally).
The key word here is – interference – which has also affected the rest of the market forces.
Here. In the Gulf of Mexico. Our own regulators killed EXXON’s attempt to drill in the largest oil field of over a billion gallons discovered in 2007.
h/t Hot Air.
The Exxon discovery is the biggest in a decade. If put into operation, its billion barrels will be enough to make a dent in America’s oil dependency on foreign tyrants. If that isn’t a sufficient national security reason, what is?
Not to mention our thousands of jobs lost in the Gulf Coast area and beyond, revenues to the government funds lost, economic devastation, more funds lost to overseas oil companies, our oil rigs lost to other countries, etc., etc. etc.
Now what was that quote by candidate Barak Obama? Oh, yeah:
“Under my plan, electrical energy costs would necessarily skyrocket.”
Apparently, it isn’t just coal that provides energy, now is it?

Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) at a town hall event in New Jersey in the middle of this week let it be known that he wants to eliminate the rich.
And how wealthy is this 87 year old?
“… he is worth an estimated $50 million …”
Seventh richest D.C. Lawmaker.
Now, do you honestly think this man is telling you the truth? Think he would give up his wealth willingly? What a hypocrite.

Can you say – exploitation? Van Jones’ organization, while not using that word, is doing exactly that.
Remember Van Jones? He’s the one czar that had to leave the White House Administration. Not because he is an admitted Communist, but as a 9/11 Truther that has been called out by Glenn Beck numerous times. And now Van Jones is using kids to try to change our country. Well, he has been – not just now.
The thing is, the kids in the videos (following this link) don’t truly understand the whole of what they are saying. They aren’t yet mature enough to get the full impact of the crafted message scripted for them. But you probably are.
Messages such as – remove the cap on the social security tax – we gotta stop letting corporations be recognized as people. We’re the people, they’re not! – clearly communistic, socialistic. Doesn’t Van Jones know that the “cap” on social security witholdings has been shifted upwards for years ? Who does he think he is kidding?
Do you really want to be influenced like this? By Van Jones and people like him?
I do not.

Now, the POTUS wants higher fuel efficiency on bigger, diesel, delivery trucks.
Guess how long that would take, how many drivers will no longer afford the newer trucks, how much higher delivery costs will be (fewer trucks), how much higher food prices and dry goods costs there will be?
And we thought it was rough now. You haven’t seen anything yet.
Just like what Jazz Shaw said in his Hot Air article, “didn’t the president just stand up at a battery factory someplace and tell us that his renewed focus was not only on jobs but on repairing the tanking national economy?”
This is but one recent example demonstrating that whatever the POTUS says one day, is cancelled out by his actions the next. Or made even worse.
You remember that Caterpillar (heavy equipment) manufacturer that BO spoke and delivered stimulus money to, yes? You know they finally closed up shop, right?
Oh yeah, the hands of AllState he hasn’t got.

Who’s at the podium? No one. (yet)
It’s 3am, do you know where your President is?
An excellent advertisement video at the link above.

From PowerLine
Neither did I. The vote, 50 to 49. Senator Scott Brown voted with the Democrats.
Does the word, RINO, mean anything to you? Or him?
Reid voted against his own bill, so he could resurrect it later.
His bill, had it passed, would have raised the debt limit by $2.4T.
So what will he go for now?
