Apparently, the POTUS just doesn’t bother to read any book on history.
Sheesh. If he’s this dumb about history, what about his economic knowledge?
Just an idea, apparently.
As if we didn’t know.

Adding topics into the Defense Budget Bill.
Dingy Harry Reid is adding the Dream Act into this budget bill (along with the repeal of the Don’t Ask Don’t Tell).
Remember the Dream Act? This is supposed to provide a path to citizenship for young illegal immigrants aliens who go to college or serve in the military.
This man has to go, Nevada.

Hello, REDACTED
I don’t do form letters.
Bottom line for me is that this legislation should be totally repealed.
It asks, and sets up, way too much for every one of us, even if we do have health coverage through our employer.
I am quite sure you remember this all started over 47 million people estimated to not have any such coverage.
Then, after a lot of squabble over this including illegal aliens, that number dropped to 30 million.
But Congress decided, in their back rooms, to develop a 2,700+ page bill that would change everything for the entire country.
Just because of 10 percent of our population “needing” coverage.
Never mind the fact that, buried in that bill, was a tyrannical approach demanding that we (if we didn’t/don’t have coverage) would have to pay a fine and or serve jail time if we fail to purchase a product the federal government says we absolutely must have.
This the first time in the history of our country that the federal government placed such a demand on its entire population.
I don’t know about you, but I do not serve a King in this United States. And I will not.
Speaker Pelosi insulted our intelligence by telling us we had to pass the bill to find out what is in it.
This is not how Congress is supposed to do business.
And that – is why I am in this race. To replace a Democrat rubber stamp that serves no purpose other than to bend the will of The People to her (their) way of thinking.
I won’t stand for it any longer. I am through complaining to the television and radio.
Thank you for asking.
Sincerely,
Daniel McAndrew

That’s likely.
Not going to make you guess. Michael Moore says it should be built ON Ground Zero.
Apparently, he believes “in an America that protects those who are the victims of hate and prejudice”. Really? How about – MURDER? How about 19 Saudis KILLING American citizens that had nothing to do that day but to get to work early? What about those terrorists MM?
I am so glad I do not bother watching his (cough) movies.
Cretin.

Impossible.
Somebody should explain to the NYT that lead is a metal found within, and about the earth. Seems they want the EPA to revisit banning lead. From bullets. From everywhere.
Non-sequitor.
I suppose this is the next cry in the wilderness similar to the global warning scare.
It doesn’t stop there though. It seems the billionaire NYC Mayor is forever on his rant about “Illegal guns and their accompanying violence devastate communities across our country.”
Great. Another idiot heard from. Hello, Mayor Bloomberg. Your jurisdiction is NYC. Not the whole of America. Stay within your realm. The rest of us didn’t vote for a heavy spender that bought himself a change in the term limit rules for NYC. Your logic doesn’t wash with the rest of us.

According to Michelle Malkin, George Soros is trying to manipulate our country’s judiciary.
Why does this man feel the need to fiddle with our country?
And why does our Congress refuse to do anything about it?
The most important line: Our right to vote is at stake.
What say you?

Not quite new News, but this is a story that perhaps not many are aware.
Our Administration enforced a moratorium on drilling for oil in the Gulf, and turns around to give Mexico a loan of $1 billion. To drill for oil.
Kinda makes you a bit hot under the collar, doesn’t it? Yeah.
And drug lords are entering our sovereign country and killing our citizens and lawmen.
See?
Just thought I would remind you of our Administration’s priorities.

See if you agree …
Obama’s administration is changing the direction for ICE to reduce threats of deporting millions of illegal immigrants aliens, even as the following states such as Arizona, Colorado, Virginia, Ohio and Texas are pushing to accelerate deporting them.
Well? Is this a form of amnesty or not? What does this mean for the 287G program? Is it still going to be in effect and utilized? Or?
By the way, it still does nothing to stop the flow of them from coming across the border into our country. How about it, POTUS?

This is not political; it is common sense. It is not Republican nor is it Democrat. We teach accountability but when it comes to the ultimate responsibility in this country, we get the “it wasn’t me: it was them” from those that propose the budgets, pass the bills, etc. etc. If we agree with how things are then there is no problem; at least as you might see it. But if we have serious doubts that the 545 that work for us are really doing what we have asked of them, then there needs to be change. You are either part of the problem or part of the solution. We need to choose.
Read this slowly, let it sink in, and – VOTE in November
This is about as clear and easy to understand as it can be Please read the entire article.
The article below is completely neutral, not anti republican or democrat.
Charlie Reese, a retired reporter for the Orlando Sentinel has hit the nail directly on the head, defining clearly who it is that in the final analysis must assume responsibility for the judgments made that impact each one of us every day.
It’s a short but good read. Worth the time. Worth remembering!
545 vs.. 300,000,000
EVERY CITIZEN NEEDS TO READ THIS AND THINK ABOUT WHAT THIS JOURNALIST HAS SCRIPTED IN THIS MESSAGE. READ IT AND THEN REALLY THINK ABOUT OUR CURRENT POLITICAL DEBACLE.
Charley Reese has been a journalist for 49 years.
545 PEOPLE — By Charlie Reese.
Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.
Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?
Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?
You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The President does.
You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.
You and I don’t write the tax code, Congress does.
You and I don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.
You and I don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.
One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.
I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.
I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator’s responsibility to determine how he/she votes.
Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits…. . The President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.
The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. House members, not the President, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.
It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can’t think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.
If the tax code is unfair, it’s because they want it unfair.
If the budget is in the red, it’s because they want it in the red ..
If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ, it’s because they want them in IRAQ.
If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it’s because they want it that way.
There are no insoluble government problems.
Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy,” “inflation,” or “politics” that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.
Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.
They, and they alone, have the power..
They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.
Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees…We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess! Charlie Reese is a former columnist of the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper.
