Obama’s Way

Sounds like a new movie title. Alas, no, it’s affirmation of our POTUS hard headed approach to ruling.

His way.

Seems he didn’t like his military commanders and advisors telling him about the Libyan hostilities – which would have required him to end or scale back those activities by the 20th. Yesterday.

If POTUS were Republican? This would have been major, major news.

Another Friday Deadline Looms

June 17, 2011

The 90 day point for the War in Libya that should be vacated by our troops.

Trouble is, our POTUS is more of an unconstitutional hawk than he portrayed when as a Senator.

He knows better. He refuses to follow the law when he feels he can get away with it.

The Professor has more on the War Powers Act and BO.

Remember, the President does not make law, it applies to him, too.

He knows that. Like I said above, he refuses to deal with our reality while trying to make his own.

So Sumi Is Done

So sayeth the Wisconsin Supreme Court, by reinstating Governor Walker’s plan to return Wisconsin to fiscal responsibility.

And an excellent analysis summary by Professor Jacobson.

Weiner To Go

Well, he says he is considering it.

About time. If one picture is worth a thousand words, he gave quite the novel.

Glad I didn’t read it.

Don't Tread On Me in 2012

Marxist Toy Figures

Killers all? How did Gandhi get included in this mix?

And who decided on this collection? As for the name of this “collection” I would say there is definitely a trademark infringement here. I wonder if the IOOF (its history) knows about this?

Unintended Healthscare Consequences

From a recent study by McKinsey & Company. According to that study, it appears that Obamacare may cost 60 million employees their health benefit coverage. Don Surber focuses on that.

Since then, there is now considerable angst within the McKinsey & Company itself. And disagreements within and without.

There’s only one way to solve this poblem.

Defund and eliminate this unconstitutional piece of bad, bad, absolutely terrible legislation.

Voting Integrity

Looks like the majority believe in using proper identification so that American Citizens are the only ones allowed to vote for – American politicians.

Sounds proper to me.

Waving Goodbye to Waivers?

It appears that Kathleen Sebelius, Head of Department of Health and Human Services, has some ‘splainin’ to do.

Seems the Obamacare doesn’t impart the authority to HHS to issue waivers.

Goodness! Did someone overstep their bounds? Will we ever find out for sure?

Stay tuned.

Trouble In River City

It seems that the POTUS doesn’t like the fact that Indiana passed legislation to cut off funds to Planned ParentHOOD.

So what does he do?

Well, I think Don Surber said it best, “What kind of man withholds health treatment for a million people just to keep money flowing to his buddies in an abortion mill?”
