Total And Complete Disregard

For our Sovereignty, our Constitution, our people and our Country.

That’s what our Administration, Dept. of Justice and 9th Circuit of Appeals Court have for us. They are going to allow 11 other countries to weigh in, complain, question the constitutionality of the Arizona SB1070 state law.

Never mind Mexico’s southern border fence ….

And how is it outside countries have any legal standing whatsoever concerning a law passed within a state of our country? How is it that military persons do not have standing to question and file charges yet outside countries do?????

NOVEMBER 2, 2010 CAN’T COME SOON ENOUGH.

Oh, and by the way, those federal judges in the 9th Circuit Appeals Court? They don’t have lifetime jobs for acting AGAINST our Sovereignty. This isn’t what is referred to as GOOD BEHAVIOR. (Read the Constitution. Article 3, Section 1.)

UPDATE: Obamacare Not For Everybody

Well, good luck American taxpayers. Looks like reform, for everybody, isn’t for everybody at all. But the rest of us get to pay for this monstrosity, if and only if – this doesn’t get defunded first.

Truer words were never spoken, but for Michelle Malkin who is always on the ball.

It isn’t just the leaked, squeaky wheel of McDonald’s on again/off again healthcare situation getting favored waivers. Oh no, it’s other companies too.

So, HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, tell us – who’s next?

Remember November, folks. 26 days left.

UPDATE: WH have issued waivers in the last several weeks as part of a broader strategic effort to stave off threats by some health insurers to abandon markets, drop out of the business altogether or refuse to sell certain policies.

Obamacare Scare in Time For Halloween

POTUS told Iowans they won’t lose their health care to Obamacare.

But. But. 3M just announced this week Obamacare may force up to 23,000 3M retirees out of their currrent health care plans.

And other companies have announced they would likely drop employee health insurance coverage due to anticipated skyrocketing costs.

POTUS, your dog barking yet? Or, is he howling?

Got news for you POTUS. That sound you hear isn’t coming from your dog.

POTUS Humanizes Healthcare Debate

So he would have us to believe – to talk about provisions of the new law that will take effect on Thursday, six months after it became law, and highlight his argument that healthcare reform will help control the U.S. budget deficit.

Yes, but not about the provisions we couldn’t know about until the unread bill was voted then signed into law.

Such as the funded abortions (by us) to be performed in other countries? How about the 1099 forms businesses have to file for every single purchase between them and other businesses? There has to be more in there we have yet to hear about.

Right? How is the (yet to be hired) 16,000 IRS new hires (to enforce the healthcare payments by individuals) going to control the budget deficit?

UPDATE: Connecticut Health Insurers Rate Hike

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Connecticut requested a wide range of premium increases, which will take effect Oct. 1, to cover the costs of new benefits required by federal health reform. Anywhere from 0.5 percent to 22.9 percent, depending on the plan. Besides Anthem, the only other health insurer that has been approved thus far was Aetna, which requested an average 24.7 percent increase over last year for small-group HMO plans.

Remember folks, the Bush tax cuts have not been voted on yet (this year). If those cuts expire, our take home pay gets smaller. Soon.

UPDATE: As predicted. But, it’s even worse. Looks like the increases span from 19% to 47% !!!!

Anti-Traffic Camera Vote

Sadly, not here, but in Washington State Supreme Court.

The court refused to intervene in the scheduled November 2 election in the city of Mukilteo where residents had signed a petition forcing a red light camera and speed camera ban onto the ballot.

A very interesting read. Perhaps even for members of Campaign for Liberty (there’s a chapter in Washington involved in this effort apparently). Just sayin.

Get The Lead Out

Impossible.

Somebody should explain to the NYT that lead is a metal found within, and about the earth. Seems they want the EPA to revisit banning lead. From bullets. From everywhere.

Non-sequitor.

I suppose this is the next cry in the wilderness similar to the global warning scare.

It doesn’t stop there though. It seems the billionaire NYC Mayor is forever on his rant about “Illegal guns and their accompanying violence devastate communities across our country.”

Great. Another idiot heard from. Hello, Mayor Bloomberg. Your jurisdiction is NYC. Not the whole of America. Stay within your realm. The rest of us didn’t vote for a heavy spender that bought himself a change in the term limit rules for NYC. Your logic doesn’t wash with the rest of us.
