Remember when incumbents were identified on your election ballots? When was the last time you saw that?

And now, Mayor Bloomberg (I-NYC), wants party affiliation taken off the ballots, too.

You know what this means, don’t you? They are counting on any voter not paying attention. They are counting on the idea you are way too busy to notice this change. They are counting on your level of intelligence. Meaning, they don’t think much of you because they don’t think you can think for yourself.

Is that any way to run a railroad?

New Global Taxes?

United Nation’s WHO (World Health Organization) is moving forward to impose global consumer taxes on everyone using the internet, financial transaction tax and an airline tax – all geared to raise 10’s of billions of dollars.

But they won’t curtail their financial spending problems.

Don’t act so surprised. We already knew, but now the veil has been removed – by how much is showing with just this latest estimation from the CBO.

Fannie ($11.5B) and Freddie ($8B loss). Remember them? That’s how much they lost in the first quarter.

Apparently, they can’t seem to make money anymore. Why are they still operating?

And by the way, where’s Barney Frank in this episode?

Like Tim Cavanaugh of Reason.com says – We can’t go on like this. Infuriating.

Speaker of the House Shouldn’t

Speak.

Trouble is, she did – and it is a doozy.

She held a news conference last week, during it she said the Bush administration kept secret that there would be a financial crisis in a matter of weeks.

But what she failed to say was that President Bush warned the Democratic Congress 17 times in 2008 alone about the systemic consequences of financial turmoil at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. President Bush also put forward thoughtful plans to reduce the risk that either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac would encounter such difficulties.

Truth, Speaker. Tell the Truth. For once.

I guess that “civil disobedience” was a bit too much to ask, right?

And, why is it that those who destroy property wear masks, and run away?

And the response from the main stream media? (chirping crickets …)

Yet, the POTUS is not the history buff he tells us that he is. Particularly since Byron York tells us:

Some people might not know that since the 1940s, federal law has required non-citizens who are in the United States permanently to carry on their person, at all times, the official documents proving that they are here legally — green card, work visa, etc. That has been the law for 70 years, and the new Arizona law does not change it.

UPDATEx4: Criminal Element Within Illegal Immigration

Citizens of this country are being killed, Mr. President.
Speaker of the House and Senate Leader.
You haven’t been “fixing” anything about this situation. Let alone following the Constitution, especially Article 4, Section 4.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

All because you seem to turn a blind eye to this significant problem.

And our economy and jobs picture suffer as well.

Yet you refuse to acknowledge the truth of the Arizona Governor’s statement and passage of the tough laws in that border state.

How dare you.

I will remember in November. Never forget that.
