Government to insure 30 million people and lose 45% of doctors means rationing would be needed on those two factors alone.

CBO –
Cut $500B from Medicare over 10 years.
But, in 10 years – 30% more people will be in Medicare.
And, didn’t 60 Minutes show us $60B of fraud from Medicare due to fraud, waste and abuse?
