Always be on your guard because Freedom is not free.
John Stossel has an interesting piece about that concerning our First Amendment.
Be concerned. For our future.

Not too far back, just as far as the 2008 election campaigning period.
Seems the FEC has hit the Veep with a $219K fine.
Guess whose dog?
And what’s more, it was flown on its own private jet.
You can’t dream this stuff up.

Obama Continues to Lie About Jobs; Says “I Expect to Be Held Accountable”
Well, if not by the media, not by Congress, not by who???
Looks like us, gang. Unfortunately, it isn’t going to be soon.
Unless, that is, we manage to divide Congress this 2010 to prevent any more fiscal damage by this POTUS.

I received this in an email today.
Seems that CNN is rather ticked about the pending 2007 Amnesty Bill.
After listening/watching this video, I am also quite (more than just) ticked.
Remember November.
UPDATE: I apologize for this. A friend helped check this out while I was at work today. This video goes back to the Bush administration about the year 2007. It does not apply to current issues. I should have known better since Lou Dobbs retired/resigned from CNN some months ago (last year??).

Obama Administration Approves First Taxpayer-Funded Abortions Under Obamacare
Sigh. Like, don’t act so surprised. Apparently, our POTUS not only doesn’t think much of the U.S. Constitution – he doesn’t think much of us either.
On the heels of the revelation that the IRS, tasked to enforce health insurance regulation of the masses, won’t be “up to speed” – we now have Axelrod telling Jake Tapper this:
“The Republican Party has made it a policy in the United States Senate to hold up… as many nominations,” as possible, Axelrod said. “This is too important. This position is too important,” he told host Jake Tapper. “In the midst of implementing health reform, it is too important to allow that kind of game-playing to go on.”
Excuse me? It was the Democrat controlled Congress that didn’t bother to schedule the hearings for Berwick awhile ago.
What maroons. They think we aren’t paying attention. Boy, are they in for a surprise.

IRS agents. Can you believe that’s even possible? No?
How about if the IRS says so? And they know the Healthcare Bill is seriously underestimating what the IRS will need in the way of funding resources.
The office of Sen. Max Baucus (D-Mont.), chairman of the Finance Committee, echoed that, saying Friday that funding and staffing levels won’t be decided until the IRS comes up with an implementation strategy.
That Healthcare Bill never, never should have passed and what we are seeing/hearing now is more proof to the incompetent pudding that Congress is wallowing in.
