Feds Insist To Waste Our Money
By suing Arizona for copying the federal law (Article 4, Section4 – to protect the states) in order to protect themselves because of the $4B costs incurred by activities of illegal aliens.
There you have it. One of the 50 states of the United States has to do the job the federal government is supposed to do – but refuses. (Psst. Hey POTUS, we all heard you take the oath to uphold the Constitution. Got that?)
How crazy stupid is this?
Here’s a job for anyone interested. Read this about a Writ of Mandamus.

The Last Best Question of the Night
The crowd was not expecting it. Perhaps not even yourselves.
Have you ever heard it like this?
h/t Don Surber.
Our Grand Old High Flying Flag Long May It Wave
For some inane reason, FOXNews decided to put up a poll asking if our American flag should be banned right here, in America.
What kind of stupid question is this?
Have at it.
Rule of Law
Not only is this one of my many tenets, but I have found and signed a declaration that is now in the hands of the Rule of Law Revolution site. This is important, that we are to be held responsible for our promises to support and defend the U.S. Constitution as well as our State Constitution at all times.
How To Get Media Covering Your Campaign
Conservative Ari David talks about his first SEIU meeting as a Republican candidate for Congress, after hearing that his opponent Rep. Henry Waxman was going to be there.
Then, one of Ari’s associates suggested that they start off their SEIU meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Watch the video for more interesting pieces of info in the last minute and a half.

Press Release: Mount Vernon Statement
02/17/2010
I have recently read through, and wholeheartedly embrace the principles of The Mount Vernon Statement.
I have signed its petition and promise to uphold and defend its premise completely. That of moving toward our Founding Principles and not away from it, of Ordered Liberty firmly grounded and excellently articulated within our Declaration of Independence and Constitution.

Yes. It has been a Photoshop effort.
But very accurate.
Maryland Needs A Vote On Sovereignty
This article lists those on the House Rules Committee.
If you agree on the need for this vote, call them to convince them to bring it out of committee and onto the legislature floor for a vote.
