IDs Required But For Voting

There have been prior versions floating around, but I wanted to update the list to see where this goes and if it grows “legs.”

If anyone has extra information to add, please be so kind to let me know. I will be happy to update and re-post it.

When I go to vote here in MD, I always pull out my license and get told that I don’t need to show it. I smile and say, “but I should have to show it” and wave it in their faces. I heard one friend say that he declined to take the “I Voted” sticker because it was written in both English & Spanish. That will be my next thing to do in November 2012. I think I’m getting feisty in my old age! :~)
