My question: How long will it be before SCOTUS hears a test on this?

Congress is currently actively discussing the cutting of …. $100B and more …. from Medicare. [Ed.: Sorry, wrong figure before. This should clear things up.]

My question – how come they are not discussing how to stop the $60B losses from Medicare due to inadequate oversight and outright thievery?

Where is the “do not harm” in all this?

Investor’s Business Daily Poll –
45% of doctors would leave their profession if this plan goes into effect

Government to insure 30 million people and lose 45% of doctors means rationing would be needed on those two factors alone.

CBO –
Cut $500B from Medicare over 10 years.
But, in 10 years – 30% more people will be in Medicare.
And, didn’t 60 Minutes show us $60B of fraud from Medicare due to fraud, waste and abuse?
