All Our Lives Are STILL Most Important

UPDATED: Since some “Governors” and state legislators think OUR property is the problem and not PEOPLE’s morality, they intend to abscond with our legal, purchased, firearms because children think so. Because the AMA thinks so. Because elected representatives think so (though even they can’t seem to remember their oaths of office which says they will honor, obey and maintain the Constitution and ALL of our Rights).

And by that, I mean, all of us have the undeniable right to protect ourselves, our families, our friends, our way of life.

No one has the right to take that from you. No one has the right to tell you what limits you are restricted to – in order to defend your life, limb, family, friends, property.

It is vital that We, The People, understand the US and state constitutions. Because too many do not.
Those elected into positions of trust, those elected and appointed to fill positions of authority, those joining the military…… every one of them take an oath to defend, honor, obey and maintain the Constitution.

We know some percentage of them do not. Either they think they know, do not know, care to know – exactly what it means for this United States to be the most unique on this planet. There is no Utopia here – even so, we are supposed to follow the rules as established throughout history.

But bad laws are not laws. You are not bound to honor bad laws – not by The Almighty. No matter what anyone else tells you. Man is imperfect and always will be.

The choice of tools we would use to protect ourselves is threatened by people. And those people are wrong.

I attended today’s Town Hall in the Parkton American Legion hall this morning and the rally down in Aberdeen afterwards. I feel fortunate to be a part of both.

As I mentioned in a chance to speak to the crowd, I faced down the barrel of a gun pointed directly at me over 40 years ago. I disarmed him. Not by weapons of any kind and not by force but with my voice. I fully expect that was a very lucky event, for me. Two weeks later, that much was confirmed when the man who did that committed suicide with that gun. A Derringer. I never told my parents as I am sure they would have been very, very upset. I don’t know what they may have done, if anything.

That was a serious turning point for me. It is and was an incident that made me fully realize that it is imperative to become totally aware of your surroundings, aware of your friends and family, aware of enemies and criminals. And be as prepared as you can.

That is vital to understand. You cannot defend or protect others, such as your family, friends, relations, neighbors and others if you are dead.

The Second Amendment is not alone in this. It is not the sole issue. The order, or sequence, of each of the Bill of Rights is completely irrelevant. When your ability to defend your life & family is threatened (Third Amendment), your ability to protest and peaceably assemble is denied (1st Amendment), just two examples, then how do you protect yourself from criminals and/or people in government who are irresponsible and lacking in moral compass?

Wake up. This is completely serious. This is not an argument on the appearance of rifles, ammunition limitations, definition of “assault rifles” – these are complete misdirections anyway – this is a whittling away of your God-given right to maintain your existence and your freedoms.

Period.
