I think it’s a start. How can fiscal conservatives find fault with the concept of trying to save a penny or two? Baby steps?, yes but life is a journey, not a sprint. I would not take the pressure off our government’s spending habits, yet I would be careful in picking the olive branch to pieces, no matter how small it seems to be.
