On the constitutionality of a Government mandated purchase of health insurance for individuals.
My question: How long will it be before SCOTUS hears a test on this?
In the meantime, there is a Code Red Rally planned 1:30pm Tuesday, Dec. 15, at the U.S. Capitol.
