NOTE: Making a campaign contribution means that you are certifying that you are a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, at least 18 years of age, and that you are not a corporation or Limited Liablity Corporation (LLC).
Individuals may make a maximum contribution of $2,400 per calendar year. Married couples may contribute $4,800 if a joint account and both signatures are on the check. Corporate contributions are prohibited by Federal Law. Cash contributions cannot be accepted. Foreign nationals are prohibited from making contributions; however, residents possessing a green card may contribute.
Contributions to political committees are not tax deductible.
